7.7.6 Muting Filter

This function avoids undesired activations of the muting.
The muting filter is a filter on muting inputs; low-high or high-low transitions of MUTING
signals are considered valid only if maintained for a time (Tf) greater than 100ms.
If this function is disabled the logical level of the muting sensors corresponds to the wire
level.
