Dual Tray Feeder
There is an automatic Dual Tray Feeder option available for the
PSV7000 System. Chapter 2 of the Owner’s Manual discusses setting
it up. Operation is discussed here.
Note:
This information is for Dual Tray Feeder Model EX. For
earlier models, refer to the manuals that came with your system.
Operating the Dual Tray Feeder ‘EX’
As an option, the PSV7000 System can be configured with an Dual
Tray Feeder. Only basic operation of the Data I/O Automatic Tray
Feeder is described here.
To start the Dual Tray Feeder EX:
1.
Ensure the Dual Tray Feeder is plugged into the
PSV7000 Machine.
Note:
The Tray Feeder will power up when the PSV7000 Machine
is started.
2.
Prior to clicking
Start
in AH700, install up to 20 JEDEC trays of
unprogrammed devices into the
Input Stack
of the Tray Feeder.
3.
Start a PSV7000 job as usual (through TaskLink or Job Runner).
The Tray Feeder loads the first tray.
4.
In AH700, click
Start
. The Tray Feeder initializes.
5.
The AH700 will display a message when an empty tray is
required at the Empty Tray Position.
6.
At the S
etup > Options
tab select the tray options desired.
7.
When
Setup
options are set, ensure that the machine workspace
matches the settings. Rectify differences.
8.
Click
Run
. (A password may be required.)
