8.2.4 Soft Charge Card

1.

Disconnect MK1, MK2, MK3, and MK4.

2.

Remove the 4 mounting screws (T25) from the standoffs.

3.

Remove the soft charge card. Note the insulation sheet below the soft charge card. Re-
move and keep the insulation with the card for reinstallation.

Reinstall by mounting the insulation onto the standoffs. Mount the soft charge card and tighten
the mounting screws to 2.3 Nm (20 in-lbs).
