RTSP Application
The live video can be actively requested and controlled (start and stop) by external RTSP
capable applications. For more information, refer to section “

Note that
•
the used encoder must be enabled.
•
the RTSP server in the camera must be enabled.

RtSP live access
right/permission must be enabled.
Use the following URL requests for the various encoders:
Encoder 1
rtsp://IP address of the device/encoder1
Encoder 2
rtsp://IP address of the device/encoder2
Encoder 3
rtsp://IP address of the device/encoder3
Encoder 1, 2 and 3 can be requested by three applications simultaneously. This allows
you to realize a “Tri-Streaming” functionality (three streams with different quality).
If more than one application is requesting encoder data, the network load and, hence, the
required bandwith increase proportionally. In this case multicast configuration should be
preferred since it only requires bandwidth for one stream.
