When using a wireless remote controller

A wireless remote controller address needs to be set when

using a wireless remote controller. See the installation 
manual included with the wireless remote controller for 
details on how to make the settings.

Perform a test run according to the outdoor unit’s

installation manual.

The operation lamp of the remote controller will fl ash 

• 

when a malfunction occurs. Check the malfunction code 
on the liquid crystal display to identify the point of 
trouble. An explanation of malfunction codes and the 
corresponding trouble is provided in “CAUTION FOR 
SERVICING” of the outdoor unit.
If the display shows any of the following, there is a 
possibility that the wiring was done incorrectly or that 
the power is not on, so check again.
