CONTROL PANEL KEYS
The controls are shown and their functions on the main screen are shown below:
Plus Key:
Used to increase kV, select patient age (child and adult), size (small,
medium and large) and radiography type (i.e. standard panoramic and low
dosage).
Minus Key:
Used to decrease kV, select the patient age (child and adult), size (small,
medium and large) and radiography type.
Select Key:
Used to change between adjustable functions: (patient size, biotype, kV,
image layer position (canine) and radiography type).
Laser key:
Used to turn on/off positioning lasers: Mid-Saggital, Frankfurt and Image
layer Position (Canine).
Key Up:
Used to increase the column height. The equipment has a soft-start system
that ramps up the column for 5 seconds until it reaches its cruise speed. The
system stops automatically when it reaches the upper height limit.
Key Down:
Used to decrease the column height. The equipment has a soft-start system
that ramps up the column for 5 seconds until it reaches its cruise speed. The
system stops automatically when it reaches the lower height limit.
