TWIN ELECTROPUMPS: Basic operation
No further equipment is necessary for the basic operation of the Hydrodriver.
The converter does not have a mains switch, so it is connected to the power mains; it is
always live.
DIGITAL INPUT CONTROLS (TWIN ELECTROPUMPS):
−
Start-Stop input control (A) :
to switch on the control, remove the jumper
between terminal 1 and 5.
−
Input control for alternating operation of electropump P1 and electropump P2 (B) :
to switch on
the control, remove the jumper
between terminal 1 and 6.
−
Input control for regulating the economy function (C) :
to switch on the control, remove the jumper
between terminal 1 and 7.
PRESSURE REGULATION (TWIN ELECTROPUMPS):
1.
Ensure that the Hydrodrivers are not live.
2. Close al the digital inputs (A-B-C) of electropump P1 and P2.
3. Open the cap of the pressure regulating knob on electropump P1 and P2, turning the knobs to position 1.
4. Close the caps Hydrodrivers again.
5. Supply power to the electropump P1.
6. Regulate the desired pressure of the electropump P1 by means of the regulating knob, referring to the
data plate on the cover of the Hydrodriver.
7. On completing regulation, close the cap of the regulating knob again accurately.
8. Supply power to the electropump P2.
9. Regulate the pressure of the electropump P2, slowly turning the regulating knob in a clockwise direction
until you cause an attempted start.
10. On completing regulation, close the cap of the regulating knob again accurately.
11.
Interrupt the power supply to electropumps P1 and P2.
Wait at least five minutes after
disconnecting the appliance from the power network before opening it.
12. Open the digital input B of the electropump P2.
13. Restore the power supply to the electropump.
At this point the system will be calibrated, with electropump P1 operating and electropump P2 in standby.
To check that the system is correctly calibrated, interrupt the power supply to electropump P1 and wait for
the electropump P2 to intervene. If this does not happen, repeat the operation described above.
At the end of the test, restore the power supply to the electropump P1, wait for it to start: the electropump P2
will stop automatically.
7. MAINTENANCE
In normal operation the Hydrodriver does not require any kind of maintenance.
The Hydrodriver cannot be dismantled except by
skilled personnel in possession of
the technical qualifications required by the specific legislation in force
.
In any case, all repairs and maintenance jobs must be carried out only after having
disconnected the Hydrodriver from the power mains.

MODIFICATIONS AND SPARE PARTS
Any modification not authorized beforehand relieves the manufacturer of all
responsibility.
All the spare parts used in repairs must be original ones and all the
accessories must be approved by the manufacturer so as to be able to guarantee maximum
safety of the machines and systems in which they may be fitted.
