Audio cables are not plugged in correctly.

Telephone is not setup properly.
.Plug.the.telephone.into.the.back.of.
the.VideoPhone..If.the.telephone.is.powered.(cordless).make.sure.that.

Port forward the appropriate ports to the VideoPhone.
