WAN3 Settings – PPPoE
PPPoE stands for Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet. Select this option
if your ISP requires you to use a PPPoE connection. This option is
typically used for DSL services.
Unnumber Interface
- This interface can be configured as an
Unnumbered interface. When this is not selected, DRO-250i will obtain an
IP address automatically for your PPPoE connection.
User Name
- Enter your PPPoE username.
Password
- Enter your PPPoE password.
Idle Timeout (In seconds)
- This is the time interval which if there is no
network traffic between your local network and your ISP, your PPPoE
connection will be disconnected.
Host Name:
Hostname is the desired access concentrator's name. If there
is no access concentrator present with this host name, then client will
choose any one which is available.
