Multicast status is displayed on this web-page. User can look at the current 
connected groups in the network. Remember that it will display all the 
groups which are in the LAN. It displays all the members of that group. 
Interface  IP address is the IP address of the interface on which the 
multicast group is connected. In most of the cases, it will be LAN 
interface IP address since all the groups will be formed on the LAN side.
