Section 3: Configuration
Internet Connection Setup Wizard
This
Setup Wizard
will guide you through a step-by-step process to
configure your new D-Link camera and connect the camera to the
Internet.
Click
Next
to continue.
Select
DHCP
(Dynamic IP) if you want your router or DHCP server
to automatically assign the camera it's network settings, or if you
are unsure of which method to choose.
Select
Static IP Client
if you want to manually enter the network
settings supplied by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or if you
wish to set a static IP address within your home network. Enter the
correct configuration information and click
Next
to continue.
If you are using PPPoE, check the box to
Enable PPPoE
and enter
your
User Name
and
Password
.
Click
Next
to continue.
