7. To view output messages with a terminal emulation program (such as Tera Term), follow these
steps:
a. Start the terminal emulation program.
b. You will see the following window. Click on
Serial
and select corresponding COM Port for your
WICED device. Then click on
OK
c. In the Terminal Emulator, go to
Setup -> Serial port
…. Select the correct COM port and Baud
rate as follows.
Note:
Exact Port number will vary with the corresponding PC port
d. Press the Reset button (see
Figure 1-1
) on the CYW954907AEVAL1F EVK to view the appli-
cation start-up messages.
