Device Whitelisting
What is the benefit of User-MAC Address Binding?
OR
I do not want to authenticate every time I try to access the Internet using NetGenie. What
should I do?
NetGenie allows the administrator to bind User with Device MAC Address (es).
You need to whitelist your laptop or other web device in order to avoid the authentication page
each and every time.
If you are logging in as an existing user, please refer to
User Internet Access
section to learn how
to whitelist a device.
OR
1. Log in to NetGenie with administrator credentials.
2. Go to
Family Protection
Device Whitelist.
3. Specify MAC address of your device.
4. Specify description if required.
5. Click
Add
to whitelist your laptop/smart phone.
6. Follow step 3 to 5 if you want to whitelist other devices. Note that you can whitelist a
maximum of 40 devices.

Family Protection > Device Whitelist.
