Programmed switch-on

The programmed switch-on function is very useful be-
cause the oven can be already hot, and therefore ready to
bake, when the restaurant is opened.

With this function, you can program

the oven switching on

and off automatically

for the whole week.

It is possible to program up to a maximum of

4 events

a day

(that is 4 daily switch-ons and switch-offs).

in the morning and switch off at 15:00 with the “CLASSIC” recipe

Event 2

: the oven will switch on every evening at 18:00 in and
