SPECIAL PROGRAMS
MAX program
MAX
The
MAX
program is used to quickly raise the temperature of
the cooking chamber and the refractory surface when the user
realizes that they are too low for his needs.
Default values of the MAX program
•
duration:
1 minute
•
temperature:
increase of 30 °C - 86 °F over the chamber
temperature (offset)
•
power:
top and bottom at 100%
STARTING THE PROGRAM

To start the program, touch its symbol
MAX
.

A screen appears that allows you to:

start the program
by pressing the
key: in this
case the program will last 1 minute (default duration)

set the duration of the program
by entering the de-
sired time (e.g. 4:30 minutes) and then

start it by
pressing the
key.

A summary screen appears: touching the
TOP
or
BOTTOM
field it is possible to set the power at
100%
or at
0%
(it is
not possible to set powers other than these two values).
The entered values are
temporary
, that is they apply only to
the
MAX
program in progress; to modify its values
permanent-
ly
act as explained on page
21
.
set time
The message indicates that the MAX program
is being used. If you intervene manually by
changing some parameters, an asterisk ap-
pears to indicate the external intervention of
the user.
top/bottom power
100% or 0%
PROGRAM END
The program ends:
•
When the
MAX
key is pressed.
•
When a different program is selected
.
•
When the oven is switched off
.
•
At the end of the default time (1 minute) or that set by the user (for example 4:30 minutes) the buzzer sounds and you return to the program that was active before starting the
MAX
program.
