• Let the dried beans soak during
one night, drain then rinse
• Spread in the starches bowl
• Cover with water, add spices,
garlic, onions as you prefer
• Salt should only be added at the
end of the cooking (salt prevents
the beans from softening)
• After cooking, drain then rinse

• Pass the hard-boiled eggs under
cold water to stop cooking;
