The dough is too dry?
While the machine is running, add some water (1 tablespoon at a time) until the dough
has absorbed all the ingredients in the bowl.
The dough is too wet?
While the machine is running, add some flour (1 tablespoon at a time) until the dough
has absorbed all the ingredients in the bowl.
The motor doesn’t start?
A safety mechanism may be preventing the motor from starting if the appliance has not
been correctly assembled. Make sure the bowl(s) and the lid are correctly assembled.
If the appliance is correctly assembled, make sure the cut food placed in the feed tube
does not exceed the maximum fill marker so that the stem can activate the motor.
If the motor does not start, check the lead and the outlet.
The food processor turns itself off when
running?
The lid may have been dislodged. Make sure it is properly secured in place.
A safety mechanism prevents the motor from overheating in the event of excessive
strain. Press
and wait 10 to 15 minutes for the food processor to cool down before
starting it again.
The lid opens at the back and/or makes
a lot of noise?
The lid opening at the back and the noise that could result does not prevent the
appliance from working. Simply close the lid again to lock it in place.
The motor slows when it is processing? It is possible that the maximum recommended quantity has been exceeded. Remove
some of the ingredients and continue processing.
It is difficult to remove the chopping/
mixing blade from the bowl?
The blades have been designed to be locked into the bowl and not come loose when
emptying the bowl. Being careful not to injure yourself, gently force the blade loose by
pulling on it.
The processor vibrates/moves while it
is running?
Make sure that the rubber strip on the base of the appliance is clean and dry. Make sure
that the maximum recommended quantity has not been exceeded.
The large pusher falls when the bowl is
turned?
The pusher locking mechanism (located above the handle) should be engaged.
