pairing and searching
Before you use your CUBE EPO pedelec system for the first time, the
sensors must be paired once with the display. Make sure all sensors
are in direct vicinity and activated. Press the ON-button that is on the
housing of the rechargeable battery for 5 seconds.
In the case of the down tube and pannier rack option the four LEDs
should blink alternately. The rechargeable battery is now for 60 sec-
onds in the pairing mode. Press the upper O and middle M-button at
the same time for 2 seconds. Once the display shows

?, confirm
with M. The pairing process starts.
Prior to any use the display searches the sensors. This is an automat-
ic process that starts after every waking up (moving the CUBE EPO
pedelec). It can, however, also be started manually by simultaneously
pressing the M and U-buttons for 2 seconds.

Please note that the rechargeable battery switches into
the sleep mode after eight days of non-use. The recharge-
able battery is restarted by pressing the ON-button on the
battery housing once.

The top section (a)
is static and shows permanently
•
the speed (e),
•
heart rate upper/lower limit (d) and
•
the loading capacity of the rechargeable battery (h).

this value is displayed in ten bars equal 100 % of charging capacity,
i.e. one bar means 10 % battery capacity.
The middle section (b)
only shows current data. To switch through
the functions press M-button.
The bottom section (C)
only serves to operate the levels of assist-
ance of the CUBE EPO pedelec drive. Therefore, this section is ex-
plained separately, as follows:
