WarranTy and guaranTEE
Your CUBE EPO pedelec was manufactured with care. Normally it is
delivered to you by your CUBE dealer fully mounted.
As direct purchaser you have full warranty rights within the first two
years after purchase. Please contact your CUBE dealer in the event of
defects.
To ensure a smooth handling of your claim, it is necessary to present
your receipt, your bicycle card and the delivery receipt. Therefore,
please keep these documents in a safe place.
To ensure a long service life and good durability of your CUBE EPO
pedelecs, use it only for its intended purpose (see chapter
“Intended
use“
). Please observe the permissible load specifications as specified
in the bicycle card. Be sure to follow the mounting instructions of the
manufacturers (above all the tightening torques of the bolts) as well
as the prescribed maintenance schedule.
Please observe the checks and routines that may be listed in the
manuals supplied or the replacement of safety-relevant components,
such as handlebars, brakes etc, if necessary.

Keep in mind that retrofitted accessories can impair the
functioning of your CUBE EPO pedelec. If you are in doubt
or if you have any questions, contact your CUBE bicycle
dealer.

The law referring to full warranty rights is only valid in the
countries where the law has been ratified according to the
renewed European regulations. Please inform yourself
about the situation in your country.

Ask your CUBE dealer about any additional guarantee
given by the manufacturer of your CUBE EPO pedelec and
insist on having it as printed version.
