URL Filter enables the network administrator to deny computers to access the specific websites on
the Internet from the private network of the Residential Gateway. Select
URL Filter
from the
Security
sub menu bar. Then,

screen page appears as follows:

URL Filter Rule
Enable or disable the URL filter function. When it is enabled, the Residential
Gateway will drop packets whose destination URL addresses are specified in the URL filter rules.
URL Filter Table
This section contains a table for the URL filter rules. The URL filter rules will
prevent the hosts on the private network to visit the specified URL addresses on the Internet. You
can create or modify a URL filter rule in the text boxes of the rule table. Below is a description of
configuration parameters in this table.
