Il est nécessaire d’effectuer les opérations de
nettoyage, lavage et désinfection tous les
jours avant d’utiliser la machine.
Effectuer un nettoyage soigneux avec les
produits indiqués dans la PARTIE 8.
Il est interdit de diriger le jet de la lance en
pression (70 bar) contre les personnes ou
de l’utiliser pour le lavage d’animaux.
Utiliser des protections individuelles
appropriées (masques, tabliers) :
DANGER DE JET EN PRESSION.

Les interventions d’entretien normal et celles
sur les parties électriques doivent être
effectuées seulement par les responsables
de l’entretien précédemment formés et par
les électriciens qualifiés.
Il est interdit d’altérer la machine et son
programme d’utilisation.

Pour le remplacement des parties détériorées
utiliser seulement les pièces de rechange
originales.

INSTRUCTIONS PEUT CAUSER DES
DANGERS POUR L’OPERATEUR, LES
TECHNICIENS ET/OU LES GENS ET LA
MACHINE QUI NE SONT PAS
IMPUTABLES AU CONSTRUCTEUR.

The operations of cleaning, washing and sani-
fication, must be performed every day before
using the SECTOR SIMPLEX machine.
Effect an accurate cleaning with the procedu-
res and products as in the PART 8.
It is forbidden to turn the jet of the nozzle
under pressure (70 bar) to people or to
use it for washing animals. Wear adequate
individual protections (face masks,
aprons): DANGER OF JET UNDER
PRESSURE.

The interventions of ordinary maintenance on
the electric parts must be performed by the
person in charge of maintenance previously
trained and by electricians
It’s forbidden to tamper with and/or alter the
speed, the state of the art of the machine or
the machine programme.
2.2.16
Replace parts with original spare parts only.
UNOBSERVANCE OF THE RULES
MENTIONED ABOVE MAKE RISE UP
DANGERS FOR OPERATOR, QUALIFIED
OR SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN, PEOPLE
OR MACHINE, NOT IMPUTABLE TO THE
BUILDER.
