LIEU D’USAGE
La trancheuse multilames SECTOR
SIMPLEX est prévue pour le fonctionnement
dans les lieux qui se conforment aux
dispositions relatives à l’hygiène et à la
désinfection, avec des températures entre
0° C et +35° C.
ATTENTION
N’importe quel usage en
désaccord avec les indications de
ce document sera considéré impropre et il
est donc interdit.
En particulier, il est interdit d’utiliser la
machine :
- pour la viande et le poisson avec des
os
- pour les aliments surgelés ou avec
des températures inférieures à -2°C
- pour tout objet ou matériel ou
produit pas indiqué dans les
instructions du fabricant
- sans le plateau de collecte du produit
original
- à la maison
La trancheuse multilames SECTOR
SIMPLEX est construite en acier inoxydable
AISI 304 et en polyéthylène à haute densité
dans les zones au contact de l’aliment,
expressément pour les aliments en
conformité avec la Directive
2006/42/CE
et
avec la norme EN 1672-2.
ENVIRONMENT OF USE
SECTOR SIMPLEX multi-blade slicers are
conceived to operate in environments in con-
formity to the requisite of hygiene and sanifi-
cation with a temperature comprised between
0°C and 35°C.
ATTENTION
Every different use from that abo-
ve described is considered impro-
per use and is forbidden.
In particular, it is forbidden to use the
machine:
- for meat and fish with bones
- for frozen food or with temperatures
lower than -2° C
- for any object or material or product
not indicated in the instructions for
use of the Manufacturer
- without the original and sound
product collecting tray
- at home
The SECTOR SIMPLEX multi-blade slicers
are wholly made of stainless steel AISI 304
and of high-density polyethylene
components in the areas which are directly
in contact with the product, expressly
allowed for foodstuff in accordance with the
EN 1672-2 norm and
2006/42/CE
directive.
