Never mount the suspension trainer
on doors that open inward (towards
you). The door could open, which can
result in serious injuries!

the door onto which you are faste-
ning the suspension trainer!

provided when you are exercising!
Make sure that it is positioned on the
other side of the door in a way that is
easy to read.
Extra caution – risk of injury to
children!
• Keep children away from the packaging mate-
rials. There is a risk of suffocation!
• The product is not suitable play equipment
and must be stored somewhere that is inacces-
sible to children when not in use. To eliminate
the risk of injury, the product must not be
within reach of children during the workout.
• Point out to children specifically that the pro-
duct is not a toy.
Dangers due to wear and tear
• The product may only be used if it is in perfect
condition. Check the product for damage or
wear before each use.
• The safety of the suspension trainer can only
be guaranteed if it is regularly inspected for
damage and wear.
• Use only original replacement parts.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatu-
res, sun and dampness. Improper storage and
use of the product could lead to premature
wear and tear, and possible breakages in the
structure, which could result in injuries.
• Never fasten the product to areas with sharp
edges, e.g. door hinges. Nylon tears when it
scrapes against sharp edges.
• Do not saw! Sawing motions cause premature
wear and tear.
• Check the product regularly for damage or
deterioration. If the product is damaged, you
must not use it any longer.
Beware of material damage
• Never let the suspension trainer fall or spring
back against the door. Otherwise this may
damage the door.
Assembly instructions
• Choose an exercise area of approx.
3.00 x 1.80m (L x W).
• Fasten the suspension trainer (1) at a height
between 1.80 and 2.30m.
• Train on a flat, non-slip surface only.
• Fasten either the door anchor (3) or the adjus-
ting strap (2) to the suspension trainer with the
respective carabiner (Fig. B).
• Only fasten the suspension trainer to doors
that open outward (away from you) (Fig. C).
• Place the anchor over the door, in the middle
(Fig. C).
• Lock the door.

• Always use the door sign provided!
• Make sure that the door onto which you
fasten the anchor of the suspension trainer is
stable and sturdy and can bear your body
weight, and that the anchor is firmly positi-
oned. Pull hard on the straps a few times to
make sure (Fig. D).
Assembly/using the adjusting strap
(Fig. G)
The suspension trainer can be fastened to poles,
beams, hooks or extension straps with the adjus-
ting strap and its carabiner. There are two ways
to fasten the adjusting strap.
Warning!
Always inspect the bearing
load of the assembly points to ensure that
enough safety reserves are available. Failure to
do so may result in serious injuries.
