3.2.2 Other Controls
The Ultrasonic Cleaning System also contains the following controls.
Audible Alarm:
Activates when lid/tray elevator is in motion and
when Wash Cycle is complete to alert operator.
Automatic Liquid Level Control:
Control ensures proper liquid
depth for Wash Cycle. Using a float switch sensor, ultrasonics and
heaters are deactivated if fluid level drops below safe level.
Generator Power Switch:
Use rocker switch to turn generator
ON. Generator is located inside Ultrasonic Cleaning System (see
Figure 3-2).
CYCLE START:
Use this foot pedal (touch plate) to start Ultrasonics
Cleaning System Wash Cycles (see Figure 3-3).
