1. DESCRIPTION OF CABINET
The SOUND CRYSTAL cabinet is designed for the conservation of refrigerated food and ice cream and
frozen products, comes in three lengths: 2100mm, 2500mm and 1850mm. The general characteristics
and dimensions are shown on pages 7 and 8 of this manual. For added functionality of the furniture,
you can purchase a wide range of optional accessories. For this and for the eventual mounting
consult authorized service.
2. TRANSPORT OF CABINET
The furniture comes in a special packaging pallet for movement with fork lift trucks (eg forklifts). If you
must transport, use only your pallet or equivalent; use a manual or electric pallet truck suitable for the
transfer of such furniture and with sufficient capacity (see page 8). Shift operations are reserved for
the technical service authorized.
3. DELIVERY AND STORAGE
Upon receiving the cabinet from the carrier, check the condition of the packaging. If it is visible
damage on the outside, it may also have been damaged furniture. If so advised unpacking the
machine ahead the presence of the carrier and sign the delivery ticket booking. Any damage due to
improper storage or transport you can not be attributed to the construction of the machine house.
The unpacking is reserved for the technical service authorized. The warehouse temperature should be
between -25 °C and +55 °C, with humidity between 30% and 95%. Store in a place sheltered from the
sun and weather.
4. INSTALLATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The furniture can not be placed in environments where explosive gas substances. Not to be used
outdoors or would be exposed to rain. Before connecting, check the data plate match the
specifications of the electrical network that will connect the cabinet (see page 10.). For the cabinet
to work properly, it is recommended to verify that you are placed on a level floor (see page 9), which
is not near heat sources and / or direct sunlight, doors, windows, fans or mouths aeration (see p. 9)
and to have the front space to allow its use by customers. The environment in which the furniture is
placed must meet the requirements listed on p. 9.
5. ELECTRICAL CONECTION
IMPORTANT: INSTALL A CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH A MINIMUM DISTANCE BETWEEN CONTACTS OF 3 MM
AND ADEQUATE CAPACITY CIRCUIT BREAKER LINE UPSTREAM SUPPLY OF FURNITURE. The position of the
circuit breaker switch must allow its operation by the operator in any emergency situation (maximum
distance

m).
Communicate
to
charge

circuit
breaker
position
switch.
Installation must be performed according to the manufacturer's instructions, by qualified person and
in accordance with current standards for electrical installations in the country. A bad installation can
cause damage to persons, animals or things, which the manufacturer is not responsible. The cabinet
comes with 2 white wires for power supply and lighting (the latter has a unique ID) and their
corresponding specifications, length of 4 m. DO NOT EXCEED this long in the connection to the wall
outlet. NO CHANGE / REPLACE DATA CONNECTION, unless the operation is carried out by qualified
