heat sources and should be not be damaged. IS PROHIBITED USE PLUGS ADAPTATION.
If this is necessary, use only approved models ensure grounding. Ensure that the supply voltage
matches the data plate of the appliance. Consider also that the maximum allowable voltage
variation is + / -6%. IMPORTANT: THE CABINET GROUND IS REQUIRED. The manufacturer declines any
liability for such safety standards for working environments are ignored. If the cabinet must be installed
in a location away from the power source, establish their connection according to current standards.
IMPORTANT: If the cabinet is installed alone, it should have around him, with a minimum of at least 5

6. TECHNICAL FEATURES
The built-in electrical installation consists of control and safety devices timely staying in the bottom of
the cabinet. The wiring diagram and controller parameter sheet are attached in Annex A of this
manual, and like the latter should be preserved. The technical data of the cabinet, which also
appear on the plate features located outside the casing (page 10) are shown in the table on page 6.
The noise level generated by the operation of the cabinet is less than 70 dB (A). The cabinet does not
cause damaging vibrations. HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE APPLIANCE WITH DL (LEGISLATIVE DECREE) OF
25/01/1992 N ° 108, APPLICATION OF THE DIRECTIVE EEC 89/109 RESPECT TO THE MATERIALS AND
OBJECTS FIT IN CONTACT WITH FOOD. It is stated that the cabinet is suitable for the preservation of
frozen products in compliance with the provisions of Act No. 283 04/30/42 and subsequent
modifications of DM 01/29/81 G.U. No. 85 of 03/26/81.
7. PRODUCT LOAD
Feeding the cabinet by its main switch. The furniture starts as its cooling cycle.
Approximately two hours after the launch will be loading products and foods that are a preservation
temperature. THE CASE IS REGULATED AND FACTORY FOR THE ANTICIPATED BENEFITS. When loading
products the following is advised:
•they are similar in terms of size and quality;
• not exceed the load line shown in fig. 5 of page 10.
8. USE OF CABINET
The cabinet is designed and manufactured exclusively for the exhibition of ice cream and frozen food
in the BT version, climate class 3 (25 °C, 60% RH). It serves to keep the temperature of the product and
not to lower it. That's why food should be INTRODUCED AND TEMPERATURES AT THEIR CONSERVATION.
Therefore, do not apply to it products that have suffered overheating. To move frozen food use
