CAUTION: Do not puncture
bag-in-box or it’s internal bag.

2. Open flap on new bag-in-box by rapping box

sharply with palm of your hand. Do not use a
sharp instrument to open the box.

3. Pull bag connector from inside the bag-in-box

container, then remove dust cap from the
connector.

4. Dip concentrate line quick disconnect connector

in warm water to clean it.

5. Connect concentrate line quick disconnect

connector to new bag-in-box connector.

Note: The bag-in-box container, once connected
into the concentrate system, may be placed in
any convenient position.

6. Dispense from dispensing valve until a good

flow of syrup is dispensed.

CONCENTRATE FLAVOR CHANGE

1. Perform sanitizing procedure (as instructed in

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE section of this
manual) on concentrate system syrup flavor
change will be made on.

2. Check concentrate line quick disconnect

connector for sticky operation. Wash quick
disconnect in warm water.

3. Connect full bag-in-box container containing

new flavor concentrate into the concentrate
system.

The primary CO

2

 regulator CO

2

 gas check valve

must be inspected and serviced at least once a year
under normal conditions and after any servicing or
disruption of the CO

2

 system. ALWAYS REPLACE

BALL SEAT (QUAD RING SEAL) EACH TIME GAS
CHECK VALVE IS SERVICED.

To service the CO

2

 gas check valve, proceed as

follows:

1. Close CO

2

 cylinder shut off valve.

2. Disconnect concentrate pump CO

inlet line

from

 

 primary  CO

2

  regulator assembly CO

2

gas check valve outlet.

3. Using two wrenches, slowly loosen the CO

2

 gas

check valve from the primary CO

2

 regulator

assembly to allow gas to escape, then remove
check valve from the regulator.

4. Disassemble the CO

2

 gas check valve following

Figure 4.

5. Discard quad ring seal.

6. Rinse parts in warm water and dry with a soft

lint free cloth.

7. Inspect each part for burrs, nicks, etc.

8. Reassemble parts using new quad ring seal.

9. Install CO

gas check valve in primary CO

2

regulator assembly outlet.

10. Connect concentrate pump CO

inlet line to

primary  CO

2

  regulator assembly CO

2

 gas

check valve outlet.

11. Open CO

2

 cylinder shut off valve.
