a. Press “Brix Set Up” (Figure 90/1).
b. Select the required layout via the pull-down
menu (Figure 90/2).
c. Select a product in the pull-down menu
(Figure 90/4) for the respective valve (Figure 90/
5).
d. Save your settings by pressing “Apply”
(Figure 90/3).
e. Return to the service menu by pressing the “Exit”
button.
8.2.8 Checking the valves
1. Dispense a beverage; see the document “Tower opera-
tor manual”, document no. TD0000000 .
– During dispensing, listen for a clicking sound coming from the valves.
If you can hear a clicking sound, the beverage is being dispensed.
If you do not hear a clicking sound, the beverage is not being dispensed; see
chapter 9, page 91 .
2. Return to the main menu and continue with the next step, Chapter 8.2.9, page 67 .
8.2.9 Checking settings in the “Purge” menu
1. Check the flow settings; see the document “Tower operator manual”, document no.
TD0000000 .
– If the values are correct, return to the service menu and continue with the next step,
Chapter 8.2.10, page 68 .
– If the values are not correct, adjust the valves; see chapter 8.2.29, page 88 .
