APPENDIX A. EXAMPLE TCP/IP DATA INTERFACE
CONFIGURATION
In the figure below an example use case of the CDNA is shown where two GOE (ECU #1, #2)
units are configured each for 1 Channel of Uplink, and 1 Channel of Downlink.
The CDNA runs 4 embedded TCP/IP servers, with 8 TCP ports (PT[0:3], and CT[0:3]). Remote
clients running on single or multiple workstations (linux, windows, etc) connect to the CDNA
socket servers and send or receive CDNA formatted packets. The CDNA packets are formed
by using the included API methods that take raw data, or preformatted GOE data, and add a
CDNA header to the information.
