09/23/2019 First 3x packets are always lost on a two
channel encrypt/decrypt system loopback in
GCM mode. Issue may be first 3x encrypt
packets are corrupted or may be decrypt issue.
Only happens after the KIV unit is power cycled.

11/01/2019 Management Interface Requests new DHCP
address frequently causing periodic short (1-4
second) losses of communications between the
management interface and the HMI. Does not
affect traffic/data interfaces at all.

On the HMI it is the NRZ mode setting is not
functional. The mode is defaulted to NRZ-L. The
NRZ-M mode selection is possible from the
remote management CLI API.
