MAINTENANCE
6.1
General Care
The CDNA-041G should be treated with the care normally afforded any valuable piece of
electronic equipment.
•
Do keep all surfaces clean using a damp, soft cloth
•
Do not use abrasives or solvents, as these may mar surfaces.
•
Do not subject the unit to excessive temperature extremes.
•
Do not subject the unit to excessive moisture or spilled liquids.
•
Do not subject the unit to sudden and severe shocks.
•
Never operate the CDNA-041G with any of the covers removed or if the Enclosure is
damaged in any way.
6.2
Preventive Maintenance
The following preventive maintenance actions should be performed to keep your equipment in
good working order:
•
Monthly: Clean any dust from the ventilation holes located on the top and bottom of the
unit
•
Annually or as needed: Thoroughly clean any dust from the ventilation holes and the
interior of the unit using a small vacuum cleaner. Inspect all connectors and cables to
ensure they are tight and there are no breaks or fraying of the shields. Tighten
connectors as required.
•
Do not place objects on top of the unit.

PARTS INFORMATION
The commercial AC power supplies in the CDNA-041G are field replaceable. If the unit is out of
warranty replacement part for the power supply may be purchased from the power supply
manufacture (3Y Power Technology).

the Chassis & Power supply are FCC Class-A compliant.
