When connecting to the module for the first time (new or factory defaulted module) you will see the above screen when 
accessing its default IP address. You are required to enter a number of configuration parameters before the modems can 
be used, these include Transmit and Receive Frequency as per the country regulation, Radio transmit power level, 
Operating mode, System Address, Encryption and Network Settings.   

This opening screen is essentially the Quick Start configuration screen without the right hand menu. See 
below for parameter descriptions.
