PC1000i Crimper – Operator Manual 

PC1000i Crimper with CrimpIQ™ Controller

Support

The application provides the user with a Technical Support system. This system allows the user to create a support ticket from 
within the app. The support ticket and machine status information are automatically uploaded to the Continental support staff.

Note:  

The system must be connected to the Internet for this function to work.

The user should create a ticket to get support:
