Checking the Network Addresses

The Ethernet MAC address and IP address are defined on the housing seal (on the bottom) of this product.

Note the addresses in the following list for later use.

Attaching the Antenna

The FX-DS540-AP/APP uses a diversity antenna.  Two antennas are fitted and the unit selects the

antenna that gives the best reception.

CAUTION

                                                                                                                                                                 

Always attach both antennas.  Operating without an antenna risks damaging the device.

(1) Plug the attached antenna into the coaxial antenna connector on the main unit.

Fasten the antenna to the main unit by turning the antenna nut clockwise.

Do not force the antenna itself to turn over the fastening point of the connecting part.  Doing so can

cause a fault.
