Installation
Install the drain valve as follows. Refer to
1.
Install a new O-ring in the drain valve.
2.
Assemble the solenoid assembly. Orient the tapered end of the spring towards the nut and solenoid.
3.
Assemble the solenoid assembly to the valve body, and hand-tighten. Then turn an additional quarter
turn.
4.
Install the drain valve and secure it to the cabinet with the two screws.
5.
Connect the fill hose to the drain valve and secure it with the hose clamp.
6.
Connect the electrical connectors to the drain valve.
7.
Install the water reservoir. Refer to
"Cleaning, Removing, and Installing the Water Reservoir" on page 45
.
