Alternately :
a. Click Start
b. Select All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
c. At the Command-line prompt c:\> , type mkdir temp or md temp
The command mkdir or md means make directory .
d. Click OK
Depending on Windows OS versions prior to Windows 95 :
a. On the Main Menu, click MS-DOS Prompt
b. Open a Command-line window:
a. For Windows 95 or Windows 98, type command and press Enter .
b. For any Windows OS versions later than Windows 98, type cmd or command ,
and press Enter .
6. Make sure the new folder exists and is ready for the firmware file download.
