Report Options 

The system will generate multiple reports according to the search criteria selected by the user. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The user can select reports with or without entering a date, room number or type of call. This type of  
report would be very general and cover a large amount of data.  If this is desired the user must understand 
it will take considerable amount of time to produce.  The processor will be doing other things as well as the 
search for the data requested. Below is a list of common search criteria. 
 

1.

 

Room Number by Date. This will show all call types for the given date

 

and Room#.

Select Date and Select the date for the search.

Select From Room and enter the Room number in the first blank, and the Identifier if 
used, leave the second blank empty. 

c.

 

Select View Report. 

 

 
2.

 

Room Number by Date and Type of Call. This will show only the call type selected

Select Date and Select the date for the search.

Select From Room and enter the Room number in the first blank, and the Identifier  
if used, leave the second blank empty.

Select Type and highlight the level of call you want to see.
