CD MultiBay Cable
To remove the CD MultiBay cable:
1.
Power down the device. See the “Powering Down the Device” section in this chapter.
2.
Extend or remove the device from the rack. See the “Preparation Procedures” section in
this chapter.
3.
Remove the access panel. See the “Access Panel” section in this chapter.
4.
Disconnect the CD MultiBay cable from the SCSI backplane.
5.
Disconnect the CD MultiBay cable from the CD MultiBay adapter board.

Reverse steps 1 through 5 to replace the CD MultiBay cable.
