Configuration CCT 800

Read out the configuration of the Intercom Servers one after the other and carry out the following de-
finitions for all Intercom Servers .

Interfaces

 >

S0 >

 Tab

Telephone - Features

In the field

Own Tel-No.

the telephone number of the own ISDN connection has to be entered (max.

24 digits).

At

Dial prefix

a number (max. 4-digits, input of 0 to 9, * or #), to be automatically pre-dialled can be

defined, e.g. an exchange number for dialling out, or for selecting a certain provider.

Additionally the type of connection must be selected in the field

Connection type

.

Interfaces

 >

S0-Connections >

Server-ID - Description

Open the folder

S0

in the tree structure and click on the connected Intercom Server. Right click in the

right hand window pane and select

Add new entry

 for all connected Servers.

For each Intercom Server the following definitions have to be carried out:

In the field

Target Intercom Server

the connected Intercom Server is selected (if the target Inter-

com Server is not yet defined in CCT, the Server-ID of this Intercom Server is entered. The field will
be completed at the first connection to this Server).

In the field

Target-Tel.-No.

the telephone number of the ISDN connection to the other Intercom Ser-

ver housing is entered (max. 24 digits).

At

Auto separating after [sec.]

the time, after which the G8-S0/G3-S0-I hooks on after the call has

been cancelled, can be defined.
Minimum 3 seconds = recommended time (Standard).

In the field

ID number subscriber

at least one code number (multiple entries separated by

commas) must be entered for selection of the partner Intercom Server (

see ”Calling number system”

on page 10

). Per Intercom Server a maximum of 100 code numbers can be configured.

In the field

Reserved own Tel-No.

one of the telephone numbers defined at “Own Tel-No.“ for this

Intercom Server can be selected (example

see page 15

).

The field

Dialling-repetitions

defines the number of attempts to establish a connection (while no

connection is existing).

Via the checkbox

Constant retry time

, the irregular retry time can be changed into a constant retry

time.

The checkbox

Offlinemode

is used for maintenance purposes. It prevents the establishment of a con-

nection from the Intercom Server to the maintenance central. However a connection from the mainte-
nance central to the Intercom Server is possible.

The checkbox

Fallback mode

is activated for redundant connections. Details see manual

“PRO 800“.

At

Status check time

, a time (between 1 minute up to 3 days) for network monitoring can be de-

fined. Details see manual “PRO 800“.

The field

Input for status-indication

is required for network monitoring. Details see manual

“PRO 800“.
