Operation after pre-heating:
Set the desired temperature. The temperature range of the pizza oven is at 85-455°C.
The temperature indicator lights for upper- or lower heat goes on.
When the set temperature is reached, the temperature indicator light goes off. If the temperature in the
baking chamber is lit, the temperature indicator light goes on and the heating element heats up on the set
temperature.
Open the door of the pizza oven at the end of preheating.
Place the pizza into the baking chamber and close the door.
Do not leave the pizza oven unattended during operation.
Monitor the baking process through the sight glass in the door.
Remove the finished pizza from the oven.
If you no longer use the device, disconnect the unit from the wall outlet.
For a new usage, please follow all the steps that are described under "operation after pre-heating".
WARNING!
Do not clean the device directly with a water jet! So not use a pressure water jet. Allow to cool, before cleaning
the device!
Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning instructions:
Clean the machine every day.
Disconnect the unit from the power supply (pull the plug!) and allow it to cool down before being cleaned.
Clean it only dry or with a damp cloth. Make sure that no moisture, oil or grease will enter the unit.
After baking remove the baking residue with a brush while still warm.
To clean the body, do not use metallic or sharp objects.
Clean the exterior body with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
Refractory stones do not clean with water! Door after switch off of the oven open.
Maintenance instructions:
From time to time check the power cable for damage. Never use a machine when the cable is damaged.
If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by customer service or a qualified electrician to avoid danger.
In case of damage or malfunctions, contact your dealer.
Maintenance and repairs must be performed only by qualified personnel using original spare parts and
accessories. Never attempt to carry out repairs to the equipment itself.
Disposal
At the end of its life your old unit is to be disposed of according to national regulations. It is advisable to contact
a specialist disposal company. To exclude an abuse and the associated risks, please make sure that your old
machine is unusable prior to disposal and poses no danger to others.
Important!
From 455°C - during commissioning / cleaning pyrolysis turn off the interior lights to extend the life of the bulb.
Refractory stone: At commissioning the oven must be gradually heated, otherwise the stone can be damaged
(cleaning only dry).
