Communication with a PXIe module via SCPI commands

NI-MAX 

To communicate with a Coherent Solutions PXIe module, the chassis must be set up as a 

TCP/IP instrument. 

1.

 

Open the NI-MAX application. In the left pane of the window, click Devices and 
Interfaces. A list of the available instruments that are detected are displayed. 

 

 

2.

 

Click Network Devices, and then in the right pane, click Add Network Devices.  

 

3.

 

Select VISA TCP/IP Resource, and then select Manual Entry of LAN Instrument...
