(0.1s-999.9s).
If one record step is edited, you can save it temporarily by pushing the ENTER button. The controller will increase the actual
record step by one, and you can the set up the next step.
With the DATA ENTRY slider you can select any record step, and then modify it. When editing is complete, you can exit by
pressing the ESC button.
Saving records:
Pressing the ESC button will cause the controller to seek confirmation prior to saving any changes.
Deleting records:
Record can be deleted by pressing the F3 (DELETE) button. The controller will seek confirmation prior to deleting and will
the execute after the (ENTER) yes button is pressed.
Copying records:
Records can be copied to free memories. This may be necessary if you wish to use multiple records which are slightly
different. In this case you would create a record, copy it to a free memory, and then modify it to suit.
To do this first select the record which you like to copy and then press the F7 (COPY) button. The led will flash and the
bottom line of the display will display the copied text. Select a free memory using the 1-24 buttons to where you wish to copy
the shape. The display will show information about both source and destination. Pressing the ESC button will cause the
controller to step back without copying. Pressing the ENTER button will confirm the copy.
5.6 Menu 6: Programmable Function Buttons (F1-F8):
The console has programmable function buttons in F1 to F8. There are many functions which can be assigned to these
function buttons. In order to assign a function to these buttons, see the MENU section: Function buttons.
Below are the functions which can be assigned to a button:
NO FUNCTION
In this case there is no function is assigned and the led is off.
B.OUT
This is a black out function. Pressing the button to activate black out. If one
of the parameters associated with this function is STOP, then the articulated
head or mirror of any fixtures will also stop.
MAN.BPM
Pressing the BPM button in time to the music causes the controller to record
the rhythm’s pace and scenes change accordingly. The bpm value can be
noted after the MBEAT (manual beat) caption in the display. It may also be
switched off by assigning a new wait value or auto bpm.
MUSIC
This has a similar effect to moving the WAIT slider to its maximum position. This parameter can be setup for both programs
and sequences.
STOP
This has a similar effect to moving the WAIT slider to its mimimum position. This parameter can be setup for both programs
and sequences.
=WAIT
This is similar to setting the SPEED slider to its minimum position. This is valid only for programs
