FRONT WHEEL/STEERING
Front Fork Disassembly
1.
Unscrew the
fork cap
and lower the upper fork tube to
expose the spring and cartridge rod.
2.
Hold the cartridge rod nut to unscrew and remove the
fork
cap
.
3.
Pull down on the spring and spring guide to remove the
rod
nut
.
4.
Remove the
spring guide
and
spring
.
5.
Drain the
fork oil
into a suitable container.
Wrap cap with
tape
Pull down on the
spring guide to
remove the rod nut
