REAR WHEEL/ SUSPENSION 

 

 

7. 

Position the 

swing arm

 assembly between the frame 

and around the engine carriage. Lightly grease the 

swing arm bolt

 and install. Install the swing arm pivot 

bolt 

nut

 and tighten to 

65N-m

. Operate the swing arm

Install the 

drive chain

, if the chain master link was 

removed.

Install the 

front sprocket cover

 and 

shift lever

. 

Verify that the engine wires are clamped secure and 
are not pinched during the cover installation. Verify

the swing arm pivot along the frame.
