SEAT/TANK/EXHAUST/ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALL

 Unbolt the right 

foot rest 

bracket

 to lower the foot rest.

 Unbolt 

the rear brake master 

cylinder

 and tie the brake pedal 

away for clearance.

 Cover the 

frame tubes

 with 

shop towels and tape to protect the 
frame paint and engine during

Support the front of the 

engine

 with 

a suitable wood block.

 Remove the front engine mount 

brackets

 8 x M8 bolts

 in frame and  

2 x M10 bolts
