serious personal injury,
do not attempt to install the main cover on windy days
.
1. Assemble three (3) main cover conduits for the first cover. (Conduits are used to secure the main
cover to the frame.) Begin with one 1.90" swaged pipe (190S099) and continue adding swaged pipes
to arrive at the length needed to reach from cover end to cover end.
Pipe is cut to length after cover
is pulled onto frame.
Secure each joint with a Tek screw and wrap the screw and joint with duct tape.
Once assembled, insert the cover conduits into the side pockets of the main cover.
Consult the Side
Profile Diagram in the Quick Start section for pipe identification.
2. Take one main cover and partially unfold it on a clean, smooth surface near the frame. Unfold the
cover with the inside surface facing up and the straps positioned at the front and back of the frame.
If the cover is "fan folded" (see insert below), see the information on the next page.
Unroll, but do not
unfold a fan-folded cover at this time.
3. Align one end–ends have pre-installed straps–with one end of the shelter and insert one cover conduit
into each side pocket. Tape or cover the end of conduit with part of a plastic soda bottle and insert that
end into the pocket for easier installation.
Remove bottle after installation of conduit if used.
