RAFTER AND MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY: MIDDLE RAFTER

9. Repeat the steps as needed to assemble the remaining interior rafters as you work toward the

remaining two rafters at the end of the frame.

10. At the end of the frame, repeat the steps needed to assemble the final two (2) rafters. Consult the

diagrams as needed. These final rafters include the 1" purlins common to the other end rafter and

second rafter and to the rafter pair near the middle of the frame. Consult the Quick Start section and

the previous steps to complete the frame assembly.

11. Remove any temporary rafter bracing and check that Tek screws have been installed through both

sides of each coupler to secure the rafter pipe joints. Install if needed.

12. Move to the end wall supports of each end wall and secure the end rafter to each of the supports using

QH1330 brackets, FAJ308 (1/4" x 4") lag screws, and FA4484B Tek screws.

ATTENTION:

See the Quick Start section and the hardware diagrams for additional details.

13. Return to each rafter foot and install two (2) FA4484B Tek screws through the rafter foot and into the

rafter pipe to secure each rafter. Install the Tek screws so they will not touch the main cover when it is

installed.

14. Continue with the cable assembly and installation steps.
