7. Secure the outer edge of the main cover material to the
end rafter using Tek screws and neo-bonded washers.
See the arrows above.
8. Move to the other end and repeat the Step 7 to secure

Photo to the
right shows
the inside of
the outrigger
frame. Panels
have been
removed to
better show
the locations
identified by
the arrows.
Frame shown
may differ in
design from
actual frame.
NOTE:
Reposition the cover skirt and board assembly
as needed to allow the main cover to rest evenly along
the edge and outrigger roof panels.
9. Move to the inside of the outrigger frame and drill a
hole through the roof panel in the areas where the
board is located. The fasteners (supplied by customer)
used will determine the number of holes required to
adequately secure the board to the outrigger roof.
NOTE:
Photo above shows where to drill holes used
to secure the cover skirt and board assembly to the
outrigger roof panels.
Customer supplies all materials
for these steps.
Inside and end wall metal panels are
not shown. Center cover is not shown.
10. Install a fastener into the board and cover skirt
assembly from inside the outrigger frame.
NOTE:
Apply a sealant over each fastener if desired
to seal the roof panel. Customer supplies the proper
sealant.
11. Continue the steps to drill holes and install fasteners
along the underside of the outrigger roof panel to
secure the main cover skirt to the roof.
12. Repeat the above steps as needed to secure the
remaining cover skirt to the outrigger roof panels.
13. Return to each seam of the outrigger roof panels and
seal the seams (if desired) using the proper sealant.
Customer supplies the sealant.
