Before initial use
1. Wash the frying basket and basin before using them for the first time.
2. Take off the lid and remove the frying basket from the oil basin. Treat it with care.
Do not subject it to knocks or blows.
3. Wash the basket and oil basin in warm water and washing-up liquid.
4. Dry everything thoroughly.
NOTE:
Never plug the fryer in or switch it on without oil in it. Make sure that the control
panel is correctly fitted. There is a safety cut-off switch in the control panel which must
be pressed in in order for the heating element to become hot.
Assembly
1. Place the oil basin into
the housing.
2. Fit the control panel
onto the holder.
3. Slide the control
panel assembly down
into the tracks (A) on
the housing. Push
the control panel down
as far as it will go.
4. Attach the handle onto
the fryer basket and
lower the basket into
the oil basin.
5. Put the lid on.
