If the problem remains…
• Disconnect all other devices connected to the same line and try making a call.
• Disconnect the base station from the phone line and connect another phone to
the main phone socket (where the line enters your property). Try making a call.
If it works then the line works.

If the call does not work and you are using a two-way splitter plug, remove it
and connect a phone directly to the phone socket. If the call does work now
the splitter plug might be faulty.
•
If you still cannot make a call the telephone network may have a fault.
Contact your provider.
